Bret R. Fuller holds a Ph.D. in English from the University of Mississppi. Currently, he serves as Dean of Teaching and Learning at Rochester Community and Technical College in Rochester, Minnesota.
A native of central Illinois, Bret has spent the last few years living in Mississippi, Georgia, and now Minnesota.
